MIS Local Government Systems Ltd is specialised in the provision of Local Authority Planning Control, Building Control, Land Charges, Geographical Information System Interfaces and more recently, the provision of public access systems for Local Government.

MIS is a supplier to County, Metropolitan, smaller District Councils and Shared Service Partnerships across the UK.

The company is a Planning Portal accredited partner and an accredited NLIS Level 3 supplier and maintains strategic partnerships with various third party suppliers including GIS, electronic document management and LLPG gazetteer suppliers, to provide flexibility to our customers and make sure that our products develop side by side with the other systems that our customers use corporately.

Remaining flexible is one of our key beliefs and is facilitated through the interfaces and experience we are able to provide and it is our intention as a provider to enable the sharing of information, sharing services, use of common data and technologies, and provide customers with a choice in channels of communication and the systems that they want to use.
